Cryogenic Industrial Solutions acquires NITROcrete, expanding offerings with new technology
MAGNOLIA, TEXAS — Cryogenic Industrial Solutions (CIS), a leading provider of cryogenic transport trailers, tanks, equipment repairs, lease fleet and nitrogen services, recently announced the acquisition of NITROcrete. NITROcrete joins Alloy Custom Products, WesMor Cryogenics, CIS Leasing and Integrity Gas Services under the CIS umbrella of brands.

NITROcrete’s proprietary technology is used to control concrete mix temperatures through its automated, in-line liquid nitrogen process and seamlessly integrates with the ready-mix industry’s batching software. The system affords users the flexibility to serve both portable and fixed concrete batch plants.
